Privacy policy

Pre-launch page

Controller: Venitara GmbH (in formation), Germany. Full controller details will be published on incorporation.

All personal data collected through this site is stored in the European Union. Answers from the free MedTech Compass are stored only from the point you provide your email address to receive your report.

AI processing for the free MedTech Compass runs through an EU-resident endpoint under a zero-retention arrangement, with personal data pseudonymised before processing.

The assistant on this site keeps the question you type, whether our published guides answered it, and what the answer cost us to produce. We read those questions to find the guides we have not written yet. We store no name, no email address, and no internet protocol (IP) address alongside a question, and we keep no transcript of the conversation. Questions are free text, so please do not type anything confidential into one. We delete stored questions after 180 days.

To answer a question, the assistant sends it, together with extracts from the public pages that answer it, to our inference provider, Anthropic PBC, which processes it in the United States. Anthropic acts as our sub-processor and uses the question only to produce the answer. Nothing from your MedTech Compass answers, and nothing from any client file, is sent with it.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

The full privacy notice, including the sub-processor list and data processing agreements, will be published before launch.
